Idaho Statesman cites the Center’s analysis of tax legislation

The Idaho Statesman, in an August 2021 story about Idaho legislation that cut $382.9 million in income tax to residents, cited a report from the Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy.

“The Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy said the law shifts the tax burden onto residents with more modest incomes and makes the state’s income tax structure closer to a flat tax — when all residents pay the same rate, regardless of income levels,” according to the Idaho Statesman story.
